Hi Samson, I'm sorry. We normally only send out a receipt and a shipping confirmation. We also follow up about a month after the order just to ensure the lenses fit. If you are receiving other emails beyond this please forward a sample to info@thesunglassfix.com.au so we can investigate. Sorry, yes, we do send out a review request from Trust Pilot too as we use thier service to try and get customer feedback to improve the business. However, I'm sorry as it's a balance. You'll see reviews in here that say we don't communicate enough. We also now have yours stating we overcommunicate. We do try to keep communication just to the point of running the business and providing great care but if you are getting more than that it would be nice to know so we can investigate, especially if there is no unsubcribe on it as all our official communication should have that.
