Great product and amazing customer service

Really great product and really helpful customer service. Shipping takes a bit long but that is understandable when sending a package from Australia to Europe. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they couldn't have been more helpful. On their website it claims you have to pay a restocking fee but all I had to do was pay for the return shipping as cheap as I possibly could. They happily shipped the new item before receiving the old one, which I was incredibly grateful for as I received them in time for my holiday. The lenses are of amazing quality and might actually be better than the original ones.

An important service in a consumer ruled world

I ordered replacement lenses for my raybans after having droppes them an ungodly amount of times while inebriated. Since they were shipping from AU I didn’t stalk the tracking number and forgot about it. The lenses seem to be of high quality and have a nice finish. During installation I broke the original lenses but they were done for anyway. Very happy not to have to shill out more money to luxotiqa and being able to continue using the perfectly fucnctional frames.

I would always get in touch beforehand, my glasses did not fit even though they were the model indicated, but a mistake on my part to read the frame is not impossible. I can't remember exactly. But they sent me new, correct glasses after I returned them, unfortunately with a price tag and so I had to pay customs again.

The delivery was prompt. Self installation easy. The lenses fit my Ray Bans. I will say that the lenses are not as thick/heavy and the polarization is not the same as the original lens.
